The app is great an all, but would be better if the mechanics could see the job card and see what parts and quantities are required. Not just clock on/off, add notes and photos.

Lacks basic features, needs a major overhaul of the entire UI. As someone who uses there phone more than a laptop out on site the app is essentially useless as I have to complete my job cards on paper and then transfer everything to workshop software on my laptop, nowhere to put parts and prices, it's just double handling, time-consuming and almost worth cancelling my subscription. I'll give IOUs 3 months to turn the app into something usable and after that I will probably seek an alternative.

2 months of Billings still software NOT setup! There field APP so software can be used in field does not work and 2 months of trying to fix leaves me chasing them to get corrected! And nobody takes ownership or accountability They only seem to be interested in collecting money! Zero follow through on support.... So far protect your business STAY AWAY.... I even wrote the owner....they didn't care! Still can't use!!!!!!
