Awful would give it zero if I could, trying to access Royal Mail Robin is impossible, lots of buffering and nothing else, the Royal Mail people app worked perfectly well, why fix it if it's not broken.

After latest update I can't even access the app keeps crashing, after so many goes of trying to get on the app I get a message to say due to bug on the app my phone won't open it, was working well before the latest update, please fix.
