Hi, I have to report your apps are down and having issue since the new UI came out at February, already a month seems your technical team still didn't fix it. When I was ordering products using wow cashback, the order was successful but is disappeared, thank God I'm only using COD.... The app is incredibly slow, even worse than the website. I've checked my internet connection multiple times, but it's clear the issue is with the app. Even snails are faster than u guys. The search function is also frustrating searching for a "fan" brings up "pan" results instead. You need to address these problems seriously. Other shopping apps continuously improve, but you guys just falling behind. Please take these concerns seriously and fix the app's performance and search functionality.
