This will be my last order. It's taking them 3wks just to create a shipping label. Not ship just create the label. Now upstanding if you purchase from the live shops you have to wait till its over. But that is stupid if you take the customers' money (hold on your card) hold for 3wks. I have ordered directly from the store of the item purchased, and received item in less than 2wks. I ordered 3wks away and still just a shipping label. No tracking. They have my money though.

The app is so frustrating to use. It never loads, it takes forever to get on an even to see items, and it takes forever for each item to load. Right now I'm trying to get on an even, and it's not even loading I've been trying for 2 hours. Very annoying.

The items and shoppers are great, but the app has none of the "VIP chat features" etc., available for Samsung users. Considering that over half of the world uses Android phones, that's a real shame. Please make all the features that we pay for actually available to your VIP Customers on Android, so I can give you 5/5 rating. Clearly, your clients enjoy good quality. Your app should provide the same experience if you are selling "luxury.""
