Very, very bad application. I just wanted to try the app and filled in the required information for the tax declaration, then I realized they wanted to charge me €35 even I did the tax declaration by Elster online! It is completely a fraud! I used similar apps none of them charged or request something. I strongly suggest not to download or use this very bad application!!!

I submitted my tax income for 2022 last March 6,2023, until now I didn't have my tax income return, why would it put in the options supporting anyone when it will just further delay the process. I don't recommend this app specially for fellow expats here in Germany, it will just cause bureaucratic problems for you, prolonging the process :(

Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money. I just received the letter from the Finanzamt .I'll get ZERO money. I had such high hopes for this, but it didn't work. Next Time I might try Elster before paying such a high amount for receiving nothing. Also, it is weird they have a telephone number for technical issues but no service number. So right now I feel like I got scamed tbh.
