Solved --- Several months ago (just like all the other reviews) the app stopped working and kept erroring when logging in. I contacted support roughly 3 days ago and was given the steps - uninstall the app -> restart your phone -> reinstall the app then attempt to log in. IF you still have the error do forgot password and reset your password. Possible you may need to contact support to reset your password. The app now works for me, I had error - “405 Method Not Allowed” message

Works but has some issues, very hard to do firmware updates as the updates disappear and reappear. When trying to do firmware updates the percentage for the installation goes from 1% to 66% back to 1% and keeps on going. I still haven't been able to finish the firmware update due to this issue in the app. Sometimes it disconnects from the device and reconnects again, the app feels like it's still in testing phase with a few bugs but overall the app works.

Initially, the review was one star because of some confusion created by the phone’s operating system, the device model, and the way the application is built. To put it briefly: placing the confirmation button for creating a new account at the bottom of the screen—exactly where it gets covered by the bottom menu on certain Android models—creates a lot of confusion. To fix the issue, you need to go into the phone’s settings and make the bottom menu retract instead of staying fixed.

I've had my S2 Solar Vision for a week, and considering how new the tech is, I'm pretty impressed. There are a few minor app glitches, but after updating both the solar dock & robot individually, they are doing a beautiful job with our pool... I guess we'll see if it lasts! A tip for those who can't get the weekly schedule to stay, you have to go back into the time after making each daily setting and manually click the "complete" button on each day. That fixes the disappearing schedule. 😉

Absolutely hate how you cant view or do anything in the app once the vacuum is in the pool. You have to set everything up before you put it in the pool. And once you drop it in the pool that's it. You can't even go into the app and just look around the options or make changes to the vacuum while its operating. You cant like to make it stop cleaning and come to the wall. You have to just time and pick it up unless you wait for the entire cleaning process.

This app has basic functionally issues. There are not that many things it needs to remember and store, but it seems to fail at that. It can't seem to remember what kind of pool shape you have, what pattern do you want the robot to use to clean, and what the bottom texture is in the pool. I have to continually reset these. It can't remember whether it's Celsius or Fahrenheit for outside temperature. I did not have connectivity issues from my phone to the robot so that was one good thing.

App won't let me register. I get "no, message:null" error when trying to sign up. Since I cannot register I can't even make the app work. Not at all happy at this point.

This app is horrible. The app doesn't work or connect to the pool cleaner. You guys can do better and fix the app. I am very disappointed and this is very unacceptable.
