Nice app so far. Very easy to install and connect to one of my existing Xerox printers. My other one is not listed. I tried connecting through the IP address, but not successful yet. I'll keep trying!!! Thanks!

Easy connection to printer, only issue I had was setting up the IP address for the printer as a static address, which required a MAC address and despite searching high and low I couldn't find it anywhere. In the end I had to run a Linux script to query the printer The rest of the info (toner levels, paper tray stock etc.) are easily reached with useful graphic displays.

Useless for Basic Printing Tasks – Very Disappointing Its unacceptable that a proprietary app like XEA can't print a simple PDF. The old plugin didn’t detect my 3025 at all. I hoped this new app would fix it, but nope. It sees the printer but only shows toner info. How is that useful when I just need to print? Even generic third-party apps can do that, yet Xerox’s own app can't do this in 2025? Seriously? This is embarrassing for a company like Xerox. Do better.

What is wrong with this xerox phaser 3020. None of the mobile apps work with it. Is it so difficult to make it work? This app sees the printer shows the toner, but it does not allow you to print anything on the printer.

Can't print anything older Worcester 3025 ... all files are grayed out when trying to select anything in the app ... I consider buying a brother now 😔 premissions all that are available are set, but there is no storage premission I can select so I don't know but trying from android did not test apple yet, but it says printer not support file tryed PDF, image ... nothing works and nothing can be selected big issue for me because I can't print documents from my email LOL - XEROX BAD
