I had booked in advance, but at first there was no answer, and then I called and told him that the driver would come in less than five minutes and then said that he would come in 10 minutes, then after waiting for 30 minutes, the call came and said it would take another 30 minutes. We are not getting any cables, so they told me to cancel ride to me and said we are not guaranteed whether the cab will come or not? A very bad application. Waste of time.

Utter garbage. Matches you with drivers who then just sit there and don't move for ages. Sometimes they head away in a different direction. Avoid.
