One the best AI chat app I've ever tried, the UI looks great, simple and elegant, the models are great (allows you to use custom proxies too!) and especially the memory box are expansive! The automatic keyword detection for the lore book is great, works well and overall Xoul is quite beginner-friendly in my opinion! I love it so much, as a mostly chatting user it's so easy to just start making your characters, scenarios, lore books because the process are not as complicated as other sites

This app is fun and addictive. Group chats (and you can choose who replies, add helpers, add and remove characters mid-chat, etc. and they're constantly taking our feedback and improving the app, especially if you're in the Xoul discord. It's worth your time and money 100%. Also, you can watch ads for more energy, and none of the models are off limits to you, even as a free member. You can have up to 3 lore books, and make notes in the memory for your characters to remember💜 10/10 best AI chat!!

It's not bad, when it works, but it doesn't work often and that's the problem. Server responses are slow, which is fair for the free tier, but it's the same speed for gold tier and that's bull crap. They advertised fast response, more customization, access to the discord server etc. but at least of the advertised features aren't functioning. This app is best used in moderation without spending anything. The premium subscriptions don't work anyway.

I'm really sorry to say this, but I miss the way the app used to be before it got shut down. At one point I used it more than Character AI, and it was so much more creative and realistic than any other AI chat app I've used. It honestly sucks now, and that makes me sad because when I heard Xoul was coming back I was so excited for it, but now it's like a whole different app, and not in a good way. I miss the old models Xoul had.
