XPEAR (People’s Eye Action & Response) is the official mobile application developed for authorised officers of the Excise Department Keralam.

The application facilitates swift departmental action and transparent monitoring of public grievances, intelligence, and complaints routed through various departmental channels.

Key Features:

• Case Management & Assignment:
Receive, track, and manage complaints forwarded via the People's Eye Citizen App, Mayangilla Keralam, Grievance Portal, Social Media complaints, and Commissionerate references.

• Field Inspection & Reporting:
Submit real-time action-taken reports directly from the field.

• Real-Time Alerts:
Receive instant push notifications regarding urgent complaint allocations, duty escalations, and critical departmental circulars.

• Departmental Broadcasts:
Access broadcast communications and operational instructions issued by Commissionerate and AEC-level officers.

• Secure Role-Based Access:
Seamlessly integrated with departmental records (eRoll) to ensure jurisdiction-based access and data security.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This application is strictly for the internal use of serving officers of Excise Department Keralam. Access is restricted and requires a valid Personal Employee Number (PEN) and registered mobile OTP verification. It is not intended for use by the general public. Citizens wishing to submit complaints should use the citizen-facing People's Eye app.
