Don't do business with these ppl. A rip-off of a company. Bad customer service to begin with. I had a situation where my business partner divorced his wife and because she was tied in with the business a name change was implemented. Doing so they banned me for no real reason. I have 0 complaints, 0 chargebacks, did everything asked of me on my end.
