★★☆☆☆
3 Weeks and counting It has taken for XPO to fix my bill. They made a mistake on my billing where I was not charged the proper amount, and it has taken 3 weeks working with a manager and I still have not received the correct updated billing statement as if the manager is not able to get it fixed from the proper department. It has become ridiculous, something very off and unprofessional about this experience.

Useless. I can't log in. I can't reset my password. Some greasy hair dude need to do it as admin.
