I've been trying to bind my teak X4 for countless times, but it keeps saying that the qr code is invalid. I scanned it use the barcode from my ereader but still, it doesn't work. I already registered but it still not works well. Please fix this.(and also, i can't bind the teak because apparently, it only allows if I have China's phone number which is unacceptable. Why does the international option even exist then?)

The app is fine, but I don't want to have to use an app, and I'm very disappointed with the reader. No dark mode is the worst thing. Not being able to get the Wi-Fi to work is also a pain. I was expecting to be able to flash Cross point on it, but they've broken usb flashing so... cannot recommend.
