Good functionality when vehicle supported. Takes them awhile to get new models added. Took an entire model generation for them to add the ford maverick. When your vehicle is supported, the functionality is good, and you get a lot of data for cheap. I appreciate not having a subscription and being able to at least see live data and in depth diagnostic tools without needing a $5000 scan tool.

The app is ok, but I noticed that this app has issues with reading correct values and auto vin recognition doesn't work on many cars.... update of any scan to the newest version 40.40: the navigation bar in Android 15 won't disappear automatically and is covering right side of the screen!!! Can you fix it???

Update: Working now. So far pretty great. A little Glitchy with network failed when attempting update. Needed to toggle Wi-Fi to cell data or vice versa a couple of times. Maybe toggle airplane mode? Customer support has responded quickly to a couple issues and questions. 2019 RAV 4 North America, Galaxy S26 ultra, Xtool A30M, pairs and does nothing! Won't connect to Bluetooth. Emailed to customer support. Will update when resolved.

Honestly with some of the reviews I was pretty skeptical. I like it. It does almost everything I need. It would be nice to see a feature that allows changing tire sizes for my tacoma. That feature doesn't work with my Toyota Tacoma.

Bought A30M scan tool for 2004 Lincoln Town Car, open package, install app, register product’S/N, model....etc...all good, update all software, plug in unit, connected,paired phone and powered on scanner in obd2 port, select American, Lincoln, scan=Failed connection, unpair, unplug, reinstall, power, pair with phone again, open app, choose proper settings, scan, Failed connection. Tried it on 2019 GMC Sierra...same results. Email xtool support on official site, give photos they ask=Zero reply.

Not impressed. Ordered from Amazon. It's reads fault codes and live data ok, but nothing in Special Functions. Tried on 3 different vehicles. Sending back for a refund.

After downloading the latest version, I have lost several functions for some reason. I can no longer perform brake bleeding under special functions, it says "does not support this feature" despite working fine in the past. Air suspension calibration has also been limited to just entering the incline angles. You can no longer adjust the levels manually. It keeps getting worse with every update.

The latest update takes forever to scan and I have to enter the VIN manually because it cannot scan automatically. Toyota owner here.
