I brought stephanie Oram's one to one DVD ages ago and loved it so when
this app came out i wanted to give it a go. I lost track of my exercise
routine after starting a new job and needed some motivation and more choice
then what's on my dvds. The app is free for first week so gave it a go.
Love it so far and plan on continuing paying for the app as it's great
value and will keep me busy for some time. As I like value for money it
also motivates me to use the app. Started the personal trainer 90 day
routine and like the simplicity of the exercises, you can download
calendars online to follow the exercise plan. Streamed to tv so no
different to how I used DVD's.
