The worse app I saw in my life, I have over a million Pundi in my wallet KYC doesn't accept my email address and worse off all is that I have contacted support in January and they did nothing. 1 million + coins lost and support didn't help me with nothing. Re-ask for help 1 week later and no reply until today, is already 3 months waiting. I don't recommend this poor app wallet and company.

Now you must go through extensive KYC. if pundi x was trying to make their products available to underdeveloped countries, where they don't have a water bill, or valid ID, or can't afford banking, and other documents, how is this KYC conducive to their vision? Pundi went in the opposite direction of simplicity, and anonymity, and that is not Crypto

I opened the X Wallet 2 to 3 years ago and transferred approximately 2.5 million pundi over. Over time I would check my wallet however with the new KYC verification I can't access my wallet. I have been emailing Pundi X Support Team with no success. I need assistance access my wallet.
