It's of use. I use the cctv app most of the time, it's good. Bought my first wireless home view camera from B&Q ~2018 just over 5 yrs on. I have these cameras together with a Yale dvr.so I have been using Yale CCTV . I find it works best if you have a tablet.or run it off a tablet...the playback on the CCTV is much better and performs well on the tablet...but not on my 5G phone.something to consider.still think it's a great product though ...when run on my Lenovo Tab P11 with Android......

It won't connect the camera to wireless connection even if the correct SSID and password were entered on the app.

April 2022. I have not changed my opinion. Wish I'd bought it for less. Update, Jan 2021. . Gone down to one star. Does it REALLY have to be THAT difficult to add a cam? I've reset the cam successfully, will not let me use the cam though. SO complicated to set up. Thought it was a really good home cam and app. Until the first time I needed to add it to Wi-Fi rather than via Ethernet. Very disappointed, after several attempts, both close to, and in the room next to the router.

Awful Camera/App, Purchased from B&Q as a Reduced Price, Can't Connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, I've Had Many of Different Wi-Fi Cameras in the Past and this has got to the Worst One I've come across, It's safe to say ill be returning the Camera and buying a Cheaper Unbranded One on Ebay which will serve Its purpose better.
