When using 3G/4G connection you mobile phone service provider will likely consider the video footage from your DVR as “downloads” and will contribute to any download usage and limits your mobile phone data plan you have. If you exceed your plan limits you may incur further additional charges. Brilliant! Reluctantly (due to reviews) download this to replace v1. 5 as it stopped working. I absolutely love it. So far it's been 100% reliable via Wi-Fi and almost as good on 4g. I have 8 cameras and the app on two phones I'm blown away by the new features over and above v1. 5 and the fact it's a free app I find astonishing. Had to phone customer when installing on 2nd phone, but the issue turned out to be pilot error on my part but Stephen at customer support was amazing got me running 5*

Good experience. I need to see yhe various cameras, and it does that. Only issue is downloading on another device. Is yhe app still available on the store?

Do not buy‼ NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. YALE CCTV system claims that you can view your cameras anytime and anywhere when your not at home, This is false advertising and untrue, and they know it!, they are selling these cameras knowing that their app does not work!, you CAN'T view your cameras while not at home due to the app malfunctioning, they have multiple complaints and no desire to fix it, DO NOT BUY🔴⚠️⚠️⚠️

I've had this system years and works OK but my annoyance is every time I want to change something I have to go to yale to get a password. I have asked for full autonomy they won't give it they say they can't, load of xxxix. So they can see every thing that I record, but I can't, I have to ask for a password that doesn't seem to last. Unless they can guarantee freedom of use without contacting them. don't bother with this kit

Now useless app no longer works following android update. Yale have confirmed that it doesn't work, but they do not have an alternative available 😕
