Description by Via Transportation Inc.(from Google Play)
The YAV Connect app is an easy way to book your on-demand trip in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Select service areas are available for same day or advance reservation. Fares can be purchased through the app or with cash on-board the vehicle.
With the YAV Connect app, passengers can filter local transportation options by mobility needs, such as wheelchair accessible vehicles, and request the best provider for their needs.
How it works: - Book a ride on your phone. - Get picked up on a nearby corner. - Share your ride with others. - Save cash and reduce carbon emissions.

I absolutely adore the driver's at Yav Connect. I also managed to book myself a ride after 5pm. And I got picked up! Great deal for SMI, Seniors, Let's, all get a 1.00 ride.

Exceptional service. The drivers, as well as the dispatchers, are always pleasant and go the extra mile every time transportation is needed.

I can't log in to my account and can't make a new account because my phone number is in use (by my first account). Add a way to sign into existing accounts.

FULL of bugs. Not user-friendly. Information is neither accurate nor up-to-date. It is better to call the phone number and schedule rides that way.

This app is unreliable at best, and unusable at worst. Sometimes I couldn't find a ride to book, sometimes the ride is hours away from picking me up, and last but not least if I miss my ride for some reason I have to be stuck at the same place until a new ride is available which takes about an hour to arrive to my location again.
