What a great service to the community. There are some glitches with the app and scheduling but really grateful for YAV connect and the employees stayed late one night to make sure that I made it home safe.

This app is unreliable at best, and unusable at worst. Sometimes I couldn't find a ride to book, sometimes the ride is hours away from picking me up, and last but not least if I miss my ride for some reason I have to be stuck at the same place until a new ride is available which takes about an hour to arrive to my location again.

FULL of bugs. Not user-friendly. Information is neither accurate nor up-to-date. It is better to call the phone number and schedule rides that way.
