FULL of bugs. Not user-friendly. Information is neither accurate nor up-to-date. It is better to call the phone number and schedule rides that way.

This app is unreliable at best, and unusable at worst. Sometimes I couldn't find a ride to book, sometimes the ride is hours away from picking me up, and last but not least if I miss my ride for some reason I have to be stuck at the same place until a new ride is available which takes about an hour to arrive to my location again.
