YD-VEDA

YD - VEDA puts your rolling mill in your pocket.

Built for the engineers, supervisors and plant managers who run cold rolling mills, VEDA connects to your plant's Automatic Gauge Control system and shows what the line is doing right now.

LIVE MONITORING

Watch the mill as it runs. Entry and exit thickness, roll force, differential force, speed, bending, tension and coolant readings stream from the line to your device.

PRODUCTION REPORTS

Generate a report for any day the mill ran — coil-by-coil detail, pass tables, energy consumption and tonnage. Share by email or WhatsApp, or schedule reports to arrive on their own.

TRENDS AND DASHBOARDS

Review production history across shifts, days and months. Build custom trends by choosing the metrics and axes that matter to you.

ASK YOGI

A built-in assistant that answers questions about your production data in plain language. Type your question, or speak it.

FURNACE DATA

Where fitted, monitor furnace temperatures and cycles alongside the mill.

ACCESS

YD - VEDA is a private tool for Yogiji Digi customer organisations. Access is arranged through your plant administrator, and accounts cannot be created without prior authorisation. There are no in-app purchases.
