Rubbish! I used to get direct messages from customers, and answer instantly. Now I get a notification to tell me I've had a message in the last 7 days and when I open the App there's no new message

Awful company. Basically confused me into a 12 month £70 a month contract for a tiny business. Have had no customers from this. Get a review every now and then with their customer support team who are usually rude and condescending. Staff are well-trained in people manipulation. I'm always left feeling completely useless and scammed after each 'review' Please do not waste your money here.

You get notifications that you have a customer message then 'Hartley' their virtual assistant! Sends them a message saying I typically call you within 48hrs but often take longer! How is that helpful to my business? The reason I take longer is that the message actually comes through weeks later! By that time the customer thinks I am ignoring them and goes elsewhere! Yell really urgently need to sort this out!!!!
