After all the yards are extremely small and are lot payments are extremely high. However, most of us have been here for years and retired or on fixed income. ★★☆☆☆ Got logged in to the app and clicked pay rent. It took me to the website where I had to log in again. I tried to log in, and it says I don't have an account, and it doesn't recognize my email. Just like everything else about Yes communities, it's garbage and doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ It has been HORRIBLE!!! My fiancé and I bought our mobile home in April 2018, and they still will not put the lease in our name.... Even after the $90app fee. Lot rent started at $426.90 and now is $533.10!!! I tried paying the lot of rent on June 3 different times! It cost us JUST FOR LOT RENT $853.00! Remind you that we pay separately for electricity & gas, water, internet, cable and property taxes. The lease is in a dead man and his wife who lives in Texas! I don't believe this is legal?

★★☆☆☆ Worked fine until the recent update. Why do things constantly need to be changed. Just leave it alone. Now I can't even find my community to pay my rent.
