Trial was amazing! Everything worked great, but when we purchased the subscription everything stopped working. We never get notifications, the cameras don't load half the time and when they do load we have to close out the app and try again because it freezes. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I know they work because of the trial. I also send in some feedback and still haven't heard back about this issue.

Bought this camera in February, received months after and now trying to install, the camera will NOT connect to the internet. I have recorded feedback and not answer. I am at my wits end with these camera and assistance or a clear indication as to what is wrong. I am not concern whether this is a scam. I am still awaiting response from the relevant persons. If there was 0, I would rate it that.
