Everything is great about the app except the settlement report, previous report was highly efficient and was in PDF format new settlement report comes in Excel format which we have to RECOMPRESS and then match if possible change the report foat to the previous version

App is not available for ios, such the biggest dumbest mistake by this yes bank, no notification on other devices by msg or any kind of notification, we need to open app to check payment on need, world has been upgraded, and yes bank still offer an app to android users only, feels like they .... english KTM, bakwas app and bakwas bank

The Yes Pay Biz app does not properly support staff access. It has a partner option, but when we try to add another mobile number, it shows that the number is not on Biz. This makes it very difficult to add staff members. There is no simple staff login or view-only access option for employees to check transactions. Because of this, the owner has to share the main login, which is not secure for business use. For small businesses, a proper multi-user or staff access feature with limited permission
