I am giving 1 star so that you take these problems seriously. Overall I think this is a mid-app... Two major issues 1.) If an IPO is allotted to you shares do not reflect in your portfolio... This is a big problem I don't know why the company is ignoring it. Also, there is no option to invest in SME IPOs. 2.) Brokerage is 3x-4x of apps like groww, zeroth... I get it you want more profits but these are brokerage firms if they can survive with less brokerage why can't you? You are an entire Bank.

This app is working fine but since last month I am chasing for Reports for filing my income tax return. I have requested through email but till date doesn't get the proper Reports, even I tried through yes securities net banking but not able to get the desired Reports, even some Reports are available but No totaling on Reports. It's a waste of time and efforts. Management should look into it, and modify the software whereever needs.

Yearly charges are very high even you are not trading in this platform.so don't open the demat account in this application. You can't close your demat account easily. Nearby yes bank branch is not responding for YES SECURITIES related requests.
