1 thing before I start. 1 have no affiliation to any other apps or this one in anyway so this is a genuine review. Addressing alot of the other reviews in which they say this app doesn't work or is hard to use. It isnt at all "IF" the instructions are followed.When you add device scan the barcode on the camera then follow on screen prompts. Reason for 4 stars instead of five is the fact that although i get notifications they only push when the apps on. This needs work as is letting the app down

It's great being able to check on my home from my phone, however, a glitch with the app keeps turning off the push notifications which should send an alert when motion is detected on the cameras. This was the main reason I bought the CCTV system, so I am disappointed I can't receive these.

This app isn't working properly... It fails to notify my phone or if it does notify me it is 11 minutes after the event. Unacceptable. The app hangs most of the time, unable to connect to the nvr or to download video etc.. I check the nvr and it is working, recording video and has healthy internet so it's probably not the nvr per se. I am considering returning the system if there isn't some improvement soon. Have emailed the company, no response. Also cannot connect to the nvr on local network
