Contract doesn't tell you the remaining balance. Isn't that the whole point of linking a contract? Editing my review to leave a 1 star since the app can't even be installed on Android 12 anymore and have not seen a fix for this over 2 months. I can confirm that rhe app is now working on Android 12 - 23/02/2023. Giving it 4 stars again

Absolutely unusable app. Dumbest design! The proceed button is underplayed by the home button at the bottom of the screen I cannot use this. All I want is a payout figure. Too hard I guess! Totally useless

This app is really not fit for purpose. It is the sole reason I won't use this finance again. Why do I have to request a statement to be emailed every time? Why can't the outstanding balance be available in app. My bank does. Why when I want to make a payment do I have to schedule a date and cannot simply make a payment. Why is the means for which I have to select that date broken and won't let me pay more until next month.

Pretty useless. On a pixel 5 on Android 12 and it won't even download the app before the installation crashes. I've tried clearing data, reverting Play store to factory. None of the troubleshooting works. I managed to download the .apk via an android emulator, and that won't even parse to the system for installation. It was the same when my pixel 5 was on Android 11. I would have thought android apps working on a current pixel with current android would have been a no-brainer. Pointless.
