I have had this app for close to a year now, and it has been great. Making my loan payment has never been easier and so convenient! You can also keep track of your loan balance. Once payment is made it takes about 24–48 hours to update remaining loan balance. Great understanding company to do business with for people who have less than perfect credit. I HIGHLY recommend Professional Financial Services and their APP!

Wish when you hit the save card it actually saves the card on file. Everytime I gotta put in my card to make a payment. Would be nice to open app. Select make payment and done. Not gotta put my info in every time

I have been trying to sign up for the app by putting in my email and password, but it keeps kicking me off, and you only get 4 tries before your locked out! I've installed and uninstall this app, and it still wants work!!!!
