App is pretty good I will give you that, but some photos came glued to each other so were ruined after separation. Photos were not very color saturated, we look pale on most of them.

I've been ordering each year as they are the best woman's Day gift for grandmas and for us to have as memory. They are very resistant, as my daughter looks at them almost every day, and they still look brand new. This year I had a small issue with the app, but contacted the support team, and they resolved it really quickly (they were so nice, I really appreciated it as I'm not such a technical person). Highly recommend!

So full of bugs that it is a mystery how people actually select 60 photos, crop them and order them without losing the cart item in the process and having to start from scratch. Access to google photos got lost half the way. Restarted app, didn't fix access, reflowed in to google photos, worked, but I lost all already selected pictures. I don't want to try again until bugs are fixed.

Edit: at the end I was able to order but took way too much effort. Original review: Nice idea, poor execution. Wanted to order promo pack 5 albums with 60 photos and 3 hex tiles. After wasting hours organizing photos the upload failed. Only one album and the tile photos were uploaded. I went ahead and deleted all the other albums, manually created them all over again just so the upload can fail all over again multiple times (at points it failed at 97%). Huge waist of my time.
