Naff Can't log in .doesn't accept the details even though I can use them via the website .stupid app

Worked ok for months then suddenly crashed and refuses to update content.
Blank page!!

Problems logging in. When I open the app and click to view something it asks if you are a subscriber and for you to log in. So I put in my username (my email) and then my password, and it says that it isn't recognized. If I then click on 'forgot password' I am directed to a page that asks me to log in. When I put my password in here I can get in. Very odd. I contacted News quest, and they told me I should log out of my account first which I do but that didn't help. Shame
