IDK where they hire their drivers at, but they are constantly filling the wrong cars' gas tanks up. If that wasn't bad enough they will text you multiple times stating that they can't find your vehicle when you are 2 parking spots next to your ping. I'm at work working, I don't have time to babysit those you have dispatched to work. I've used Joshi since they started servicing us during the pandemic, but lately it seems their service has taken a turn for the worst.

Very disappointed that you discontinued your personal delivery services in my area! No gas, no battery changes, oil changes, etc.! I can't even find or locate another company who provides the services that you did! Now I have to find someone to take the car and fill it up for me. As for the other services, I have to now schedule an appointment with the dealership to get oil changes, battery changes, new wipers, etc. It makes it difficult on those that are disabled!
