I was very satisfied with this app. From the very start I joined young platform. I am earning with step drop app to earn young token. Actually I was verified member, and I deposited the required amount of 20 euro to be able to transfer my young token earnings from step drop to young wallet. Now I got an issue my earnings was lost it was 69 young token earned from step drop. And they ask me to do another kyc. Just because they launch the young app? It's unfair. I do hope you answer this issue.

I'm stuck on start uploading photo but when I click next don't work won't go to another page first I install this it's going ok but I got rejected 7 times then my last try for uploading all my photo. The apps don't work well next button won't work when I click it many times. I can't event do a screenshot for the privacy system of the application but it's all good. So please fix the verification system I got stuck in 2 days

I cannot log into the app. As soon as login page shows up, the app crashes. This happens in an endless loop. The only option is to access Young through the laptop. I've opened two tickets (77039, 75986) but nothing has changed.

Verification with a Dutch driving license is not possible because there's no signature on them. Try again with Dutch passport "does not meet the minimum security requirements", blocking the verification process. Support can't assist because "these are automatic controls on which we have no visibility on the support side".

I'm sorry, but I have to give 1 star, because when my girlfriend connect step drop account with young platform and transfer 48 young coins, (after all the deposit and trade we had to do before we were able to send from step drop to young platform) they never came to the wallet address in young platform. We are really disappointed after all this - feels like another scam.

Unacceptable. KYC is against the whole purpose of cryptocurrency. Why would anyone buy crypto like that? Moreover, why would you need to fill out so many personals info even to just have a simple wallet working?
