★★☆☆☆ They've updated the app to allow biometric verification to log in. I thought, "great! Now I don't have to type my password every time" Except the biometrics are so glitchy that it either says my fingerprint isn't recognized, or it just won't trigger it at all leaving me to have to cancel the biometric and log in with my password anyway. I really wish you guys would get a better app developer...

★★☆☆☆ The APP generally is good however lately there have been issues with it. It is forever kicking us out and can't log back in. It would be great to have direct access/info to our Visa Cards through our app. Overall, it's a great APP and easy to use to do all our online banking needs.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work half the time, fails to load or won't process transactions. Y'all really need to get a developer to work on this because half the time I end up having to use the website to do my banking because the app is non-responsive.
