I've been very happy with NBKC, and their online payment system is fast and easy. My only issue is with the site's login verification passcode that's sent to my email. I find myself waiting several minutes for the message, and wishing it would be sent via text instead. I understand NBKC does not control email delivery, yet many others verification messages (from other merchants and financial sites) come through instantly.

STILL UNABLE TO SET UP MY ACCOUNT. ALWAYS "PROBLEMS" CONTACT BY PHONE. DMI HAS BEEN A RECURRING, TROUBLESOME, COMPANY SINCE SANTANDER STOPPED WORKING WITH MORTGAGES AND USE DMI SRVC. MY MORTGAGE IS ONLY REPORTED TO EXPERIAN (?), IT'S NOT REPORTED THE 5+ YEARS OF PYMTS WHILE IN BANKRUPTCY YET I'VE NEVER MISSED A PYMT, NEVER LATE, SINCE DAY 1 JAN 2013.

I pay my 1st payment Get email saying its process. I think I'm good to go. Check later. Payment bounced. No reply email ever sent it bounced. $200 late fee now. Thanks.

This company is doing something shady, my interest rate has not risen, property tax and home insurance have gone up maybe $1,000 a year since buying our home in 2022. So how has my mortgage payment gone up over $500 a month? I hope they get investigated and exposed because I feel like they are stealing. Also, no way to make weekly payments or partial payments making it difficult to catch if behind.

After entering my username and password, the app emails me a 6 digit passcode. However, the app then rejects the passcode with an obviously incorrect error message. While this could be a result of some downtime event somewhere in their stack, they should make that information readily available. I will update this rating if/when they address the problem.
