Only started this week, but I have lost 4lb already. The meals are delicious but if there is one you Don't like there are plenty to change to but still stay on plan.

Only been on this diet 3 days starting sunday14th July 24 at18stone 4lbs. Woke up and stood on the scales this morning the 16th July 24,at 17stone 7lbs. What a buzz l got, still got a long way to go, but wow what a great start. So glad l signed up. There is one thing that puzzles me, that there is nothing that l can see to register my weightless and progress, which to me would be a really good incentive. If there is one and ive missed it, please let me know...many, many thanks. Xxx

Loved the app. However, their customer service is horrible. I think a dumb computer is responding to emails. And the response to my question was that they will cancel my subscription... I have paid for this app, and I am using it... How dumb this can be....

Firstly, the recipes are boring and the meal plan is incredibly repetitive. They don't allow you to nominate a start date and don't advise that the plan would be in place immediately upon person, this does not allow you time to prepare and so you will be unable to do the first day. The work-outs are generic, and you are unable to select what workouts are relevant to you. They refused a refund despite not advising me that my account would be charged again, and at a much higher rate. Overpriced.
