This app is very nice. It has a really decent meal plan if you're willing to try new things. It's done me very well so far. I've lost close to 10 lbs in 3 weeks but that's also including workouts and cardio. The only problems that I've had with it is sometimes the recipes call for certain things that aren't specific to the grocery list. Ex: it will say onion, but the recipe calls for red onion. Little things like that. Also some of the instructions don't match up with the videos.

Great food. Easy to cook. I really like the choices.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The app itself is ok, but it's the same recipes over and over, and won't let you swap out a recipe you don't like without changing the foods you like. Also, customer service is a joke, I've been emailing multiple times over the last 2 months to cancel my subscription and haven't received a single reply and just got charged for another month. Don't waste your money. Buy a Mediterranean diet cookbook instead...

Most of the recipes do not have quantities of ingredients. For example, to make a dressing, the app just states which ingredients are needed - greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice. But without quantities, it's not really a recipe. Also, these look like recipes just taken from a meal delivery service (where you don't need quantities listed because you only get what you need delivered). I requested a refund.

After an hour long "quiz" it finally asks for age, height, etc. then it shanks you with an outrageous price.
