I have two 11002b smokers. Updated the smokers (automatic update)...downloaded the new 2.0 app and it works flawlessly. Been using it for the past 2 weeks. ****UPDATED**** It's close to being a year since I did the initial review on this. In about 2 weeks it will be 1 year. In that year I've not had one single issue! I run my router on split signals and only allow the grills to connect on the 2.4ghz signal. The app connects right away every time! I am running Xfinity 1000gig speed.

I had to use the old app and update the firmware on the grill before the new app would connect. Once that was done the app connects every time and displays the correct temps. I haven't tested the temp alarms on the app to see if they work. Not happy about the ads in the recipe portion of the app but as far as accurate temp monitoring it works great.

The app always says wrong account I created a new account and even then it says wrong account, won't do anything pure trash. No wonder grills is willing to run a buy one, get 10, because they know their grills suck.

Everything works EXCEPT it randomly glitching to desired 1,725 °F smoker temp! How is that programmed to even be able to display a temperature so high! And it'll continuously feed pellets even when the smoker temp is 500 °F+. This is a major fire hazard and an incredibly dangerous glitch!
