The app will not recognize my login information. I have triple checked my user and password before and during sign in, and it will not let me log in. It says log in not recognized. I tried to register my account and would not recognize my information. The account number (new one) and the expiration date of policy (I only know the month, not the specific date). Why do you have an expiration date for a policy for a registered member? Please help! Why is the app not recognizing my correct login and password?

Password selection page is broken. I keep getting an error message saying that the password must not be empty. Well, it isn't empty. How can I use your app to file a claim if I can't even use it?

Piece of trash. App keeps crashing, when I can get it to stay open, it doesn't recognize my login credentials, even though I've logged in 3 times today from my computer to verify that I do in fact know my login and password.
