Everything works perfectly and for orders, you will have to contact them for immediate response, and it only took me 1 day to receive my package. However, you should add a "Received" option for the customer to be able to tell when the package has been delivered to them.

The The currency is not in Rands and I chose Zando zsouth Africa. it's not the same old Zabdo

Not Real-Time Inventory Update, Unresponsive Customer Service, Very Slow Refund Process. I was told the refund process would take between 2–3 weeks. It's now been a month and when I followed up regarding my refund, they said it's still being processed. At this rate, I'm not sure I would receive my money back. What a joke. Such a waste of time.

The issue is both orders have been delayed. 1st order 30+ hrs to deliver. The 2nd has taken 2 days & still waiting. I have had calls & sent my address 5 times. You do not have someone who understands, reads or speaks English clear enough. The online site is great but your follow-up does not work. It has now been 3 days & I'm still waiting for delivery.
