I love Ranku . I order Ranku at least 2 times a week. Portions are huge and Ranku has Always delivered my order with everything I asked for. Custoner service is Always very friendly and helpful. I'm a Los Angeles Local and I would recommend Ranku to anyone looking for Fresh Great food. Thank you Ranku

App works good, just wish for my combo plate (chicken/shish nabob) I want double rice in my plate and 3rd option of side to be separate from the main plate (i.e. I want the cucumber salad on the side, not in my nabob plate), other than that, great app! Also great option to remove grilled tomatoes and spiced onions for picky eaters like us, like me, and even maybe you

Zankou is a great place to get great food.

App would allow me to use my rewards on an order. F'ing BS!!

★★☆☆☆ Emmanuel Feeney · Jun 27, 2024

Food is delicious, but I was told food would be ready at 5:11 pm and at 5:40 pm my food still wasn't ready. Maybe text once order is ready thus preventing having to wait over 30 minutes for promised time.

Updated review* I wish there was an option to select/remove sauces from within the falafel wrap (i.e. for me, I want the tahini sauce removed, but I cannot do that)
