Customers are presented with the applicable loan amount, repayment amount, loan term and all applicable charges before deciding whether to accept a loan offer. 1.Product Information • Loan Amount: Ksh500 to Ksh100,000 (subject to eligibility assessment). • Loan Term: Customers may apply for loan products with repayment periods of up to 91 days, depending on the loan product offered and their eligibility. • Representative APR Range: 274%–1,500% per annum, depending on the loan product, repayment period and applicable interest rate. •Actual loan amounts, loan terms, applicable charges, repayment schedules and due dates are displayed within the App before customers decide whether to accept a loan offer.

Applied for a loan, limit was ksh 4800. Got only ksh 10 with no explanation. Record showing I got ksh 5800 and no customer service response

Not worth it had to change my rating to 1 star since they can't offer me any loan in time of emergency contrary to what they promised and also asking for face verification and rating every time you try to request for a loan, I think a face verification should be a one time thing during registration and rating the app should be after have received the loan as promised coz how do u want me to rate something that haven't helped me at all.? I don't recommend very useless
