Best ride service. Clean, relax and polite drivers. Love the personalization feature. Now I use Zed for daily ride. 5 star.

Zed offers a convenient multi-destination journey option, and an option to book a recurring trip. However, drivers cancel last minute and so the experience is rather poor Update - Nov 7 2024 - I have continued to use ZED despite initial experiences. The service is improving. The app has useful features such as multi-destination trips which I use for school-pickup (home > school > home); fares are reasonable. Some drivers still cancel last minute, but Zed usually promptly calls. Getting there !!

Had very bad experience and was charged with no rides being done, and customer support did not help. Email provided not working I reply.

Pathetic service. First, 90% of the drivers will not come to your location. They will keep bullshitting you and just not come to pick you up. When you cancel and try to get another ride, the same thing happens. They will charge you money from your card without you setting foot in the car. The driver will not come and when you ask for a refund, they will tell you 2 days for the next 8 to 10 days. Pathetic service. No concern for others money. Do not use. Do not download.

I book large taxi, it shows Toyota In nova, but it came small taxi (Toyota Camry) with the same number plate.

Totally disappointed. Customer service won't even responds for simple query. This become trust issues with the zed ride. Not a trustworthy ride. Even after an hour they will not respond. If the customer service not up to the mark. Then I can't imagine how the ride experience should be.

Why can you pick me only if I'm in Dubai... if not, like if I'm in Sharjah, I can't use your service???? Why
