On 11/04/2026The driver lied about his location, appeared minutes later, and six minutes into the trip hit a pedestrian with his side mirror while the meter kept running. The app showed 34 AED, but the meter reached 44 AED. When I refused to pay extra for a delay caused by his accident, he became aggressive and drove me to the police station, falsely claiming I wanted to run away. The Dubai Police confirmed he was wrong. I gave him 50 AED, he returned only 5 AED, then disappeared with the rest.

it's the worst ever, I ordered a taxi at 19:58, it was showing me that the driver must arrive after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes it was showing me that the driver needs more 21 minutes to arrive.

I booked a scheduled ride for my mom to the airport, but the taxi never showed up. Because of that, she missed her flight as she couldn’t find another taxi in time and arrived at the airport late. I called Zed, and they advised me to send an email for compensation, which I did and attached all the proof. However, they never replied, even after three reminders. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend using their services at all.
