Very disappointing experience with Uber Auto. The most serious issue is that drivers are demanding extra money over and above the fare shown in the Uber app. I booked an Uber Auto where the app clearly showed the fare as ₹84. However, the driver demanded ₹120 and refused to start the trip unless I paid the amount he was demanding. He told me that if I did not pay, I should find another way to reach my destination. This is completely unacceptable.

It takes an eternity to book a cab and even if you succeed in booking one, the driver cancels after calling you once. In the meantime you get late because of all the waiting. Even if you book priority cabs, the results will be the same. You need to have 1 hour in hand before booking a cab as they'll make you wait for an unreasonable amount of time before a cab finally gets booked.

Every time I tried booking in Bangalore it never booked. It took very long but still did Book. Worst uber. I couldn't even book a single ride. My time was only wasted. The most important part is I tried rapid instantly, and it booked immediately no waiting time. Everyone uses for rapid.
