I just had my first Uber ride all by myself I feel like a big boy now. I driver Naomi was amazing she was very helpful very sweet especially the Day I have had today. She was very understanding helpful with the Uber app, because again it was first time. She was hands-on with explaining how it works and how to use the app. I can't wait to see her again, and hopefully I can get hee again as my driver.

Not at all satisfied as the initial price was 186 but once we got on auto it was 250 and. Totally not satisfied by the uber and was not able to cancel the trip aswell

It is so difficult to book a ride using uber as it takes a lot longer to look for a driver. Moreover the drivers do not check the location and accepts the ride for a location they can't come to

This app is designed to just take your money I've been trying to cancel my order for like 10 minutes every time I press cancel it tries to direct me to support that has no options for any sort of cancellation. I literally press a button that says cancel order. Plus the hidden fees that pop up in this randomly take money out of off your card. Never get Uber. Giving you any stories because your practice is a predatory. Maybe I'll write another review when I get my money back

When I used this app for the first time it said it would only take 10 rupees for the ride which was around 1.5 km but when I reached my destination and when the time for payment had come the driver asked for 40 rupees instead of 10 rupees and when I discussed with him about this matter I realized it wasn't even his fault either the app showed me to pay only 10 rupees but for the same it showed 40 rupees to the driver
