It was less than 5 minutes from the time I started looking online until David, the driver was there to pick me up. He was very courteous, asking if he could load my bags and was easy to talk to. I would give him 6 stars, but they only have 5. Mahalo David.

Has anyone else noticed when try to cancel a ride it won't let u I tried they still charged me for a ride I never got my account is 6.70 in red cus they would not let me cancel

Had used Uber for years, but now the service is really deteriorating. We got to know that our ride is canceled after we sat in the car. The drivers are in rush to cancel rides. Hope Uber looks into this

1) Badtameez drivers bhar rake hain tameez hi nahi hai aur upar se trip cancel krne pr fine bhi laga dete hain. 2) Uber app ka UI Beirut hi kharab hai kaafi confusion hoti hai booking krne me. 3) Pick up location bhi dhang se detect nhi hoti hai aur HUD map par detect karne me bhi diktat hoti hai isse acha toh Google Maps app hai. 4) problem koi bhi ho agar trip cancel hui toh fine dena padega. Yr kya fatiha app hai 5) I'm totally disappointed with uber app. Uber 👎👎👎👎👎
