BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES FOR 1/3 Of the price you pay at an eye doctor. The selection is also HUGE and endless possibilities. Ive gotten 5 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses and they are PERFECT. Will forever be a customer.

Ordered a pair of glasses that needed to be exchanged. The replacement pair cost less. They did NOT refund the difference, nor did they issue the store credit. I had to take the issue to a supervisor just to get the store credit because they weren't going to give it to me. Yes, they were going to KEEP the difference!! And now I go to order...and you guessed it...NO CREDIT! It's NOT there in my account!!

Terrible experience. I uploaded a correct prescription, but Zeelool’s system entered it wrong. I contacted them within 24 hours (inside their processing window), but they delayed responding and then claimed it was “shipped” and tried to charge a 30% fee to fix their mistake. My order still showed “processing” with no tracking. Poor customer service and no accountability. I’ve requested a refund and will dispute if needed.
