Love the app, very simple and easy to use, however the only downside is not being able to add the quantity of the item to manage stock, there's only a toggle for "item availability" which in inconvenient for our business and many other businesses when an item is sold out, there's no way of automatically displaying out of stock and knowing how many items in stock. I would love Zeller to include this in the next update please

I'm running a few Zeller payment terminals, so it was a nice surprise to discover this new companion App. Most useful for me, is being able to see the sales across all my terminals in one place, without having to log onto the website. Interface is easy to use, though some areas are marked 'coming soon'. Looking forward to seeing the features grow - but if you use a Zeller terminal this App must already go straight to the essential list.

I have used Zeller for a while but as of today I will not be using them again. They disabled my terminal on my busiest day which left me with no eftpos. I changed business names and filled out appropriate forms in Zeller to inform them of my new name and business. They emailed me an hour after I was at work today which I still have not received for a form to fill out. Not happy with the service at all today. Sorry Zeller you have lost me today. Busiest day, no eftpos !!!!😡😡😡

Avoid Zeller! They discriminate against massage therapists and will randomly close your account without any valid reason. Save your business the headache and go elsewhere.

Does not have part item or hourly rate functions. Which is crazy, I have never seen a payment system without this: it's been a standard feature in all payment systems I've used before. I've emailed support many times, and they say they don't even have this feature on the roadmap. If you are an hourly rate business who would like to try Zeller let them know this is important to you, but don't waste your money buying the terminal. Will change to 5 stars once this basic feature is available.
