Barbara Foreman neglected to inform me that even though I filled out all the paperwork and got my background check, I wouldn't be guaranteed a position. Normally when I have worked for jobs they usually have me complete that information and tasks AFTER I've been hired. Due to the lack of proper informing, I waited 2 weeks to hear back from Barbara on when I can start. When she did communicate back to me, when I specifically used the words, "when am I starting"? She never informed me even then.

I having very bad experience with zen Educate at moment app showing fewer hours, but I'm doing more hours and paying me less just because app showing them fewer hours they paying me less and these issue going on from last three werk. Top of that they don't respond solve you issue they say they will but nothing been solved so far for me, I try to call zen Educate every day but who sign me in he doesn't and phones they say he will call you back but no one call you back. I have to trace them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zen Educate. Despite paying for their services, I encountered nothing but frustration and unresponsiveness. Their lack of communication was appalling, as my emails went unanswered for weeks. Moreover, after shelling out money for a DBS check, the supposed assistance in finding a job vanished into thin air. It's evident that their promises are hollow, and their commitment to assisting clients is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and look else

Doesn't work properly in the mobile app. When I received the open request for the job. App won't let me go through it and keep flashing. I so many times downloaded and deleted it, but the same thing happened again and again. So I'm losing a one-day job offered.
