It keeps crashing out. Even the facility that uses it for scheduling and payments was having trouble. I can't even upload a profile picture.

Can't cancel, turning off auto-pay does nothing. App is horrible. Creates a violation of ftc click to cancel federal regulations. Should be banned in current state. Turned off my auto-pay and removed my card which has always worked in the past for my two months of downtime to have a major surgery. Just went to restart, and it just shows two months overdue, didn't turn anything off. No way to cancel a recurring membership, apparently you can only do that in person with the end user, illegal.

Sign up does not work with a password manager. As in, if you leave the app when you need to reset your password to copy a password from your password manager it will log you out. Hope you like infinite sign up loops. This may well alone discourage me from going to the gym that uses this app. It's 2023 not 2003, this missing functionality is unacceptable, especially when 90+% of other apps have no issues with it.
