Knocked one star off for the app asking me to rate my food before picking it up. My workflow: It's time to eat, open app to find out my pickup number. First thing it shows is the meal I ordered (no order number) and I'm asked to rate it. I close that and go to my orders to get my pickup number. Then I never rate the meal. Recommend adding my order number to the rating. Then I wouldn't dismiss it, I'd pick up food and then be able to rate it since I haven't closed the screen yet.

App is very clunky. Delivery Notifications don't work, delivery number is blacked out every day.

App is not intuitive for instance, change location. Sometimes u can't click item on the menu, and it doesn't say why. Just says "cannot access". Servicewise one has to order well in advance like a day or two prior. Even with so many options in Bay Area, food options are mediocre and vegetarian options are just 1–2 items. No spice level/customization options. List goes on. More than half the time I throw away the food

I didn't think this app could get any worse. I was wrong. Now when you select a food item, there is no way to confirm the order. Do I need to check out (like on the website)? Is the order confirmed? Where is there no checkout button like literally every other app? No idea.
