App works well, but a pity you have to navigate the DigID nonsense. You only use one fingerprint to log in, so why not allow this directly instead of going through extra DigID steps? Most illogical.

Issue solved within one day, rating updated. -------- Try to open the app and asks me to download the newest version. It redirects me to the store, I already have the newest version. I uninstall and reinstall anyway, same problem. Stuck in a loop. Can't use the app.

I'm giving a two start rating due to one major problem only. It's been a few months since I can no longer log in using the mobile app. After authenticating on Digit, which then redirects me back to the ZilverenKruis app, it keeps trying to log in but never succeeds, the page shows a button that's loading and that's the end. I've tried waiting for 15 minutes, but still doesn't log in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I get the same problem. I couldn't find technical help online

Doesn't work! After starting app it lasts about 1–5 minutes till it loads the login and after login, using digid, it shows that it loads login something like another 1-5 minutes and nothing happens. I did reinstall, erasing any trace of app(with restarts, on off...) and still nothing. I am using android 15 with all updates on Realme 11 pro + 5g smartphone.

When submitting a declaration, after creating a photo, the submit button is invisible on my android. it's at the bottom of the screen on the right, and it works, but its invisible.

Terrible app, makes you go to their website anyway. Additionally, this is an extremely bad company with very, very rude customer service, & all communication is only in Dutch... If you can't read or speak fluent Dutch ..... Good luck!
