★★★★★ I requested a teleconsultation. I couldn't send the request using my German web.de mail app, but when I used my Google mail app it worked. The consultation in English was very helpful.

★★★★★ Very simple and easy to use for making a claim! A bit fiddly to do your first one & set up, but that is expected of any provider. Literally takes less than 2 mins to do claims, so I'm very happy

★★☆☆☆ Used to be pretty good app but after recent updates it's become extremely slow. Many issues such as 1. Sometimes doesn't log in (keeps looping after login) 2. When I try to submit new claim, the claim form doesn't open completely. Takes have to try many times to make it work. Wasted a lot of time trying to submit my claims. Very occasionally it works first time. I don't have so much time to spend on this

★★☆☆☆ I tried resetting my password and login but still getting error that my password & email isn't recognized. This isn't the first time happening to me. I can successfully log in to online portal not the app. Please help
