Keeps logging me out :(every time I open the app I have to log in again. The login page doesn't work with my default Firefox Focus at all. It only works with Chrome, but it won't direct automatically to Chrome. I have to manually open the login page in Chrome every time. It never should have redirected to a browser in the first place. There should be a function to copy previous claim information, so I don't have to refill the same info again and again.

Impossible to submit a claim with the last version of the app. I press on submit claim, but it just loads forever. I have to use the website for my claims. And I also cannot access the contact section, nothing is displayed there

I changed my phone and can't log into the platform with my new phone - says username or password is wrong. Tested the password and login, and it worked when using my old phone but not with the new. Changed password a few times, same issue, can log onto easy claim with the old phone and onto April insurance website on the PC. Credit where credit is due, when the app does work, submitting a claim is truly easy.
